1394 Developers Conference, June 25-27, 2002

Bob Perry of Mitsubishi, and a member of the HAVi Board of Directors is scheduled to present a keynote address on Wednesday June 26. Also presenting in breakout sessions are Ram Balaraman of Vividlogic and Shinji Akatsu of Mitsubishi. Additionally, Vividlogic will have a booth presence and they will be demonstrating HAVi capabilities utilizing a Mitsubishi TV as well as other HAVi enabled devices.

November 20 - 21, 2000:

HAVi endorsed and participated in IBC’s Home Networking event. This event was titled “Home Networking: the Broadband Home and Interactive Gateways” and was held 20th - 21st November 2000, at The Dorchester Hotel, London.

Having attracted 150 participants from various sectors such as PC and consumer electronics manufacturers, software, hardware and silicon manufacturers, telecoms operators, broadcasters, Internet service providers, set top box OEM’s, the utilities industries and application developers, this event is a truly global meeting place attracting delegates from as far away as Japan, Korea, Israel, USA and India.

A representative from HAVi participated in the interoperability panel at the 3-day event.
